Frequently Asked Questions
After subscribing, upload your footage to the client portal with instructions. Our team will edit it and notify you by email when ready.
Our service is a month-to-month (or annual) commitment with no hidden fees. You are billed automatically at the start of your cycle. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal date. If you have unused videos left in your month, they do not roll over, so we encourage you to keep creating!
Yes! We want your videos to look and sound professional. We use a library of royalty-free stock music and sound effects that we can add to your videos without copyright strikes. We also include basic motion graphics (like “Like & Subscribe” animations, lower thirds for names, and text overlays) as part of the standard editing package.
To keep our subscription fees affordable and our delivery times fast, we generally ask that raw footage be kept under 45 minutes per project. If you have hours of footage that need to be condensed into a short video, please contact us beforehand so we can discuss if a custom add-on is required.
Yes! Many of our creators film one long video and ask us to “repurpose” it into several short-form clips. You can add these as separate requests in your queue, and we will optimize the aspect ratios, captions, and styles for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok specifically.
We work on your projects one at a time. Once you submit an editing request, our team gets to work immediately. As soon as you approve the final version of your current video, we move straight to the next one in your queue. This ensures every video gets the professional attention it deserves without compromising on quality.
